📦 Shipping & Delivery

• Each item is made to order with care. Please allow 2–7 business days for production.
• Orders are securely packaged to protect your item during transit.
• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
• We work hard to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Shipping times: Typically 3–5 business days (U.S.), depending on your location and carrier delays.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
• If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at support@otakucreations.com so we can help.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

• Because each item is made to order, returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or sizing issues.
• If you need a size exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll be happy to help you get the right fit.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us photos of the issue and we’ll work quickly to make it right — either by replacing or refunding your order depending on the situation.
• We’re unable to accept returns for custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged.

🎨 Custom Orders

• Want something unique? We love bringing ideas to life!
• You can request custom colors, sizes, or designs — just message us before placing your order.
• Custom order processing times may vary depending on the design and stitch count.
• Please note: All custom items are final sale once production begins.

⚠️ Order Issues

• Double-check your shipping address before checkout — we can’t replace items shipped to the wrong address.
• If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.
• For lost or delayed packages, please reach out to us at support@otakucreations.com. We’ll help track it down or file a claim if needed.
• We’re not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we’ll do everything we can to assist.
